No. The lenders run it through software. The software immediately determines that the stub is fake. Most car salespeople can spot them visually before they even get emailed to the bank. It is like counterfeit money. It never works out.
Can I get approvment for an apartment using fake pay stubs?

I am disabled and don’t make enough money to get approved for even the cheapest apartments in my area. I have done this twice, and it has worked. I choose a company that will refuse to give out personal information about its employees (I screen in advance). I figured I’d instead go to jail than be on the streets as a disabled woman. It doesn’t feel good, but I do what I must to survive. If you are in a similar situation, I hope everything works out for you and you can find some housing stability. Stay safe.
It might get you out the door in a car because documents generally aren’t checked very thoroughly at the time of sale, but they usually are verified later, so I’d count on some pretty severe financial (and possibly even criminal) penalties within a few weeks after feeling like you got away with something.
Do you know what’s nice about having decent credit, though? No one even asks to see paystubs. Like, that’s not even a part of the process for most consumers.
Do you mean buying a car at a dealership? You do that in California, and you’re not only committing fraud but you’re going to go to prison on Federal charges. Because of the fact that you’re messing with the bank’s money and that’s Federal government time. And when you get caught for trying to pass fake check stubs from your imaginary job, everybody gets involved. Yeah, you don’t want to do that. That’s a serious crime. You know, kinda like robbing a bank or writing hot checks? And then on top of that, they might try to get you for grand theft auto. But, you never know, maybe you’ll get lucky and get away with it all. I hope you have a driver’s license to show and some insurance. Lol. Take care.
By the time you have sat down with the salesman the finance department of the car lot has run your credit and knows how much you can afford. There is no such thing as taking paystubs for granted anymore. If your credit history doesn’t bear up to your claims then you don’t get the car…unless you go to a ‘pot lot’ which is an operation who sells cares with a large down and then repos the care the fist 12 hours late on any payment. They sell the same cars over and over again and make tens of thousands in profit. They are not nice people and even if they know you are lying they will take money and give you the car and then yank it back saying “you lied on your application”. Take a bus until you can afford a car the right way.
